Lead times for custom orders can vary depending on the selected furniture, custom options, and builder. Orders generally take approximately 3 to 9 weeks or more.
Our commitment to you is our certification of quality in every piece of furniture. Our lifetime warranty covers defects that occur in the furniture’s structure or wood materials.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear; upholstery, fabric, or leather; hardware or other third-party components; damage sustained during shipping; misuse of the furniture; or repairs that were not completed by the builders of Dovetails Furniture.
Yes. We offer our own white-glove delivery service throughout Salem and beyond. Furniture is blanket wrapped to provide additional protection for the wood and finish.
