What are your average wait times at Dovetails?
Whether you shop with us in Bend or Salem, lead times for custom orders vary significantly, depending on the selected timeframe, ranging from 3 to 9 weeks or more.
Do you offer warranty on your furniture?
Our commitment to you is our certification of quality in every one of our furniture pieces. Our lifetime warranty covers any defects that occur with the furniture structure or wood materials. The warranty does not cover wear and tear; upholstery, fabric, or leather; hardware or other third-party components; damage sustained during shipping; misuse of furniture; or repairs that were not completed by the builders of Dovetails Furniture.
Do you offer delivery/in-home setup?
Yes, we offer our own white-glove delivery service throughout Salem and beyond. Items are blanket wrapped for the most protection to the wood and finish. Please contact us to see if you are in our delivery range.
Do I need to visit in person to order?
No! You can order online with the same personalized support.
